The Palace Yard in Lisbon, Portugal

Praça do Comércio Lisbon City, Portugal

One of the biggests public plaza squares in Europe is situated right beside the Tagus River where the Statue and the Arch can be found, an equestrian statue.

Also known as Terreiro do Paco which means Palace Yard. This was the location of Pacos da Ribeira that got destroyed by an earthquake in 1755 and was later on rebuilt and now one of the famous tourists spots in Lisbon with clusters of restaurants and food stalls alongside the river. Don't miss out on this place when you go to Portugal. You can enjoy fado music while watching the sunset with the view of the famous bridge- 25 de Abril.
