To get to El Nido, you can take a direct flight from Manila to El Nido through Airswift (airswift.com). You can also fly to Puerto Princesa via Cebu Pacific Air/Air Asia/Philippine Airlines then take an approximately 5-hour drive by van or bus to El Nido.
